What do I do if I cannot see any tasks in the GMS portal?

If your GMS task list is completely empty


Step 1:

Please try reloading the web page.

To reload the page, please hold down the CTRL key then Press the F5 key (CTRL + Shift + R on google Chrome and Firefox) so they both get pressed at the same time.

On some PC's you may also have to hold the Fn key down.
On a Mac, it's Shift+Command+R, or holding down Shift while clicking the reload button (also avoid using the Safari browser, switch to Google Chrome).

Step 2:

You may need to repeat Step 1 a few times for the page to fully reset.

Step 3:

Try clearing the browser cache

Step 4:

Log in using Private / Incognito mode


Incognito mode (Google Chrome)

You can use the keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+Shift+N (Windows, Linux, and Chrome OS) to open an incognito window.


Private mode (Microsoft Internet Explorer)


Private mode (Microsoft Edge)


Private mode (Firefox)


Step 5:

Switch to a different browser

Try Google Chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer.
