What do I do if I cannot see my bookings that are ready to invoice in IMS Direct Interpreter Portal?
If you have completed bookings for the MOJ once times and timesheets have been approved they will be made available in your Invoicing section under the Ready to Invoice area.
Your Bookings will appear within the different sections of the portal, these are Bookings in the Current view and Invoicing within Awaiting Authorisation and Ready to Invoice.
Step 1:
Please make sure you are using a compatible device with a supported up to date browser. Click here to view the list of supported devices and browsers for accessing IMS Direct Interpreter portal.
Step 2:
Press the keys "Ctrl" and "F5" together on your keyboard to do a hard refresh. If you are using Apple Mac, press "CMD" and "R" keys together.
Step 3:
After the hard refresh, check for the booking appearing in any of the following sections.
Bookings under "Current":
Any future, present or past bookings will appear in this section until you have uploaded your timesheets and confirm the duration of your booking assignments.
Bookings under "Awaiting Authorisation":
Once you have uploaded timesheets and confirm the duration of the bookings, the booking will move from "Current" tab, assignments will move on to "Awaiting Authorisation" section until the client has confirmed your times.
Bookings under "Ready to Invoice":
Once bookings are confirmed with actual times and authorised they will appear in Invoicing in the "Ready to Invoice" section. You can select the bookings you wish to invoice by using the search filter to see your list of available bookings that are ready to invoice.
Step 4:
If you are still unable to view the booking for invoicing, you can contact the support team.
