https://thebigword.ims.direct/ for (Ministry of Justice) MOJ interpreting work, DWP, NYCDE and some clients that have been migrated to this newer system, (IMS Direct bookings begin with a number 5, such as 51234567).

How do I reset my GMS Password (Linguist)?
- Navigate to https://gms.thebigword.com/
- Click "Reset password".
- Insert the linguist code (P-Code) address associated with your GMS account into the Username field, leave the client code field empty.
- Click Request Password Reset.
How do I reset my GMS Password (Client)?
- Navigate to https://gms.thebigword.com/
- Click Reset password.
- Enter the client code into the Client Code field and your username into the Username field that is associated with your GMS account.
- Click Request Password Reset.

How do I reset my IMS Direct Password (Linguist)?
- Navigate to https://thebigword.ims.direct/
- Click "Reset password"
- Insert your linguist code (P-Code) into Username field that is associated with your IMS-D account, do not put anything into the Client Code field.
- Click Request Password Reset.
- If it does not send a password reset email link, then try using your email address instead of your Linguist code (P-Code).
How do I reset my IMS Direct Password (Client)?
- Navigate to https://thebigword.ims.direct/
- Click Reset password.
- Insert your email address into the username field, do not put anything into the Client Code field.
- Click Request Password Reset.
When you receive the password reset email, if the link is not clickable, then highlight the link text, include the HTTP and all the random looking letters, copy (CTRL +C or Right Click -Copy) then paste into the address bar at the top of your web browser.
If you reset your password using Internet Explorer, you may see an error message after typing in the new passwords, but the new password will be stored. close the browser then re-log into https://thebigword.ims.direct/.
Never allow the browser to store the password for either web portal, always type it in.
Add the https://thebigword.ims.direct/ link to your browser favourites.
Troubleshooting
If the password reset link does not appear as a link (some email programs remove links),
copy the link to the clipboard, highlight all of the link text, to include the HTTP and all the letters of the code (it may be two lines), then paste that into the address bar at the top of the web browser (not into a Google search box).
If you need to switch from one system to the other, ensure that you either log off first, or close the browser completely, or use separate browsers for each system.
In order to stop the system requesting password resets each time, please could you try the following:
1. Clear cache (full cache, not just previous week or month).
2. Delete saved password for thebigword.ims.direct.
