RECORDING A SCREENCAST

Walkthrough:

• Step 1 - Navigate to our request submission page  (https://support.thebigword.com/hc/en-gb/requests/new)
• Step 2 - Fill out the request form
• Step 3 - Click the "Record Screencast" link at the bottom of the request form
• Step 4 - Accept the Java runtime alert messages
• Step 5 - Select the area of the screen you wish to record
• Step 6 - Show us what is going wrong
• Step 7 - Complete the recording and upload the video
• Step 8 - Ensure your screencast is attached and submit your request
