Scheduled Maintenance Policy

As part of our commitment to continuously improve our products and services and to provide the highest level of security to our users, we regularly perform scheduled systems maintenance. During these maintenance windows, customer facing sites (e.g. and applications (Review Tool, TMS Gateway etc.) will be unavailable.


When do we schedule maintenance?

  • Every Sunday between 08:00-10:00 GMT

We will announce upcoming maintenance windows by displaying a message in the GMS application ( in the week leading up to a release.

Why do we schedule maintenance every Sunday?

This is the day and time with the least user activity on the system and is designed to reduce impact on our user community. Although we schedule for every Sunday, in reality we strive to only perform an active release once a month. The frequency of the schedule makes the date easier to remember for our users, so they know if they are going to be affected and can plan accordingly.
