How do I invoice a cancelled booking on IMS Direct Interpreter portal?
In some cases, you may have experienced a cancelled booking. Cancelled bookings will not provide the "Confirm Booking" button to upload timesheets or confirm durations.
For cancelled bookings you will see the below where the Amount and Confirm Booking option will not be available.
If a cancelled booking is a valid booking and you completed it, you will need to contact the HelpDesk on 0333 3449 479 option 2 or email the below with your timesheet to show completion:
MOJ bookings: firstname.lastname@example.org
Non-MOJ bookings: email@example.com
