How do I invoice a cancelled booking on IMS Direct Interpreter portal?

In some cases, you may have experienced a cancelled booking. Cancelled bookings will not provide the "Confirm Booking" button to upload timesheets or confirm durations. 

For cancelled bookings you will see the below where the Amount and Confirm Booking option will not be available.

 

 

If a cancelled booking is a valid booking and you completed the booking, you will need to contact the HelpDesk on 0333 3445 701 option 2 or email at mojinterpreting@thebigword.com with your timesheet to show your completion.
