How to View Timesheets in IMS Direct Interpreter Portal?
Timesheets will be provided for face to face and onsite video remote interpreting bookings. Once you have accepted new offers you will receive an email confirming your allocation to the booking. This is a system generated email containing the confirmation to the booking as well as your timesheet.
To view your timesheets you will need to save copy from the email confirmation where it will be provided as an attachment.
You will be required to take a printed version of your timesheet to your face to face and onsite video remote interpreting bookings. For audit and invoicing purposes it would be recommended you ask for the client to physically sign your timesheet, this can then be uploaded into your portal.
Step 1: Go to your registered email system to check for a confirmation email which will contain your timesheet (Word Document)
